Product descriptions are general. Capacities, ratings, materials and lead times are confirmed only in a written quote after technical review. We do not warrant that every assembly shown in line-art is an Aethex stock item. Photographs, when published, will be of real work; we do not use stock photos as if they were our products.

Enquiries and quotes

Sending a drawing or sample does not create an order. We may decline work that is unsafe, incomplete, or outside what we can manufacture in glass. Catalogue requests and website forms are handled as business enquiries. You are responsible for the accuracy of drawings you supply and for any third-party intellectual property in those drawings.

Intellectual property

The Aethex name, layout and original text on this site belong to AETHEX INDUSTRIES PRIVATE LIMITED. You may not copy the site to represent another manufacturer. Your drawings remain yours; we use them only to review and manufacture the requested items unless a separate agreement says otherwise.

Liability

The website is provided as a marketing and enquiry channel. To the extent permitted by Indian law we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on website copy alone. Supply contracts will state inspection, packing and warranty terms when an order is placed.
